Mare for the future

Our beloved Aradisarsaga is now up for sale. Saga is born June 17th 2023, her father is the famous Örvar fra Effri-Hrepp, her grandfather is the beautiful Ljufur fra Vindasi. Her mother, Lukka fra Vildtfogedhus is our sweet riding horse, full of power and will. She has an exceptionally nice temperament, even small children can handle and ride her. Saga has 5 gaits like her father and a lot of hair, which comes from both mum and dad. In fact, she has a so-called double-mane. She is sweet, curious, confident, cool and calm and has been trained and handled, since she was born. Therefore she is easy to wash, spray, groom, load, walk and trim. She has been cared for with vet, farrier, worming and vaccines. At the moment she lives with a lot of other Icelandic horses in the hills around Skanderborg developing horse skills, muscles and strength. She is used to heavy traffic and does not react to busses, lorries, tractors or other machines. We expect Saga to reach 145-147 cm, she has long, straight legs and is very well-founded. She would be ideal for both riding and breeding, the future is bright and open. Her blup is 98, which is quite a lot for a foal by an unapproved mare. Do not hesitate to contact us.
